Sarah Elizabeth Charles: A Well-Being Concert

Settle onto a yoga mat, pillow, or chair and let the music carry you inward. In this special Well-Being Concert, vocalist and composer Sarah Elizabeth Charles shares Dawn—her newest album, a tender meditation on birth, ancestry, and the power of creation.

Joined by voices from Noe Music’s Lullaby Project, this choose-what-you-pay evening invites you to rest, reflect, and remember your own journey of becoming—what you’ve created, what you’re creating still, and the shared humanity that connects us all.

**Please bring your own yoga mat if you would like a space to move while you listen.

This concert is created in partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute. Carnegie Hall launched a new concert series during the 2022-2023 season to creatively explore the impact live music can have on individual and collective well-being. The Well-Being Concert series offers thoughtfully curated concerts of the highest quality to amplify the social, physical, emotional, and educational benefits of musical performances.
